Telford & Wrekin Council is launching an upgraded version of the My Telford online portal on Wednesday 12 November. This update will improve the customer experience, enhance security, and modernise the platform’s look and feel.

 

The My Telford system will be unavailable on 12 November while the upgrade is carried out, and it may take up to two days for full functionality to be restored. During this time, any urgent issues should be reported by calling 01952 380000.

 

One of the key changes is the introduction of two-stage verification to make the login process more secure. The dashboard has been redesigned with improved navigation, but all the current features, and history of recently reported jobs or issues will remain.

 

Once the upgrade has been completed, all users will be required to reset their password when they first log in. This will include verifying their email address using a code sent to their inbox.

 

Users of the My Telford mobile app will also need to download the latest version from their app store to continue using the app and to access the new features and security updates.
